2.1. Sellers must pay a one-time listing fee to showcase their items on the Platform.
2.2. WA SHOP charges zero commission on sales. All proceeds from the sale go directly to the seller.
2.3. Listings will remain active on the Platform until the items are sold.
2.4. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the items they list on the Platform.
2.5. Sellers must ensure that their contact information (name, email, and phone number) is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Buyers Responsibilities
3.1. Buyers are responsible for verifying the legitimacy and condition of the items before making a purchase. WA SHOP advises buyers to take necessary precautions to avoid fraud and scams.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. WA SHOP takes no responsibility for any transactions conducted between seller and buyer. The sale is solely between the seller and the buyer.
4.2. WA SHOP is not responsible for the condition of the items listed on the Platform. All descriptions and images are provided by the sellers.
4.3. WA SHOP is not liable for any fraud, scams, or other fraudulent activities that may occur through the Platform. Buyers and sellers should exercise caution and take necessary measures to protect themselves.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WA SHOP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.
5.2. WA SHOP does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and WA SHOP will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
6. Indemnification
6.1. Users agree to indemnify and hold WA SHOP harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of their use or misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
