The Setting
Suites of the Gods is a newly built luxury cave-suite complex set on the Caldera cliff above Athinios port, looking straight out over the volcano and the Aegean. It is small, exclusive and entirely private — which is exactly why it works for intimate weddings, receptions and elopements rather than large productions.
The stylised open-air lounge is the ceremony and dinner space: a terrace with an uninterrupted view of the caldera, the volcano and one of the most photographed sunsets in the world. Maisonettes and VIP suites with private and indoor pools house the couple and their inner circle on site, and the spa handles the day-before and morning-of preparation.
The hotel arranges the full wedding around you — planning, catering, florals, cake, hair and make-up, music and entertainment, photography, décor, transfers and limo hire — so the whole day can be organised through one contact on the island.
